What we collect
When you use the Career Signal Assessment, we collect the answers you provide, your scores, your generated report, your first name, email address, interest tag, and submission time. If you add LinkedIn summary text, we use that optional text only to improve your report.
How we use it
We use assessment information to generate your Career Signal Report, deliver it to you, improve the assessment experience, and send relevant Pithy Signal follow-up if you choose to receive it.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your assessment data. We may use service providers to host the assessment, store submissions, or send email, and they should only process data for those purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email, ask us not to contact you, or request erasure of your assessment data using the form on this page. If you request do-not-contact, we may keep a minimal suppression record so we can honor that request.
